is partnering with
iLEAD is a non-profit organization that focuses on bridging the gaps between families, school systems, and the communities by providing training, encouragement, and coaching to the youth, parents, and members of the community.
The ‘I’ in iLEAD is where we all need to start. Leadership starts within each of us and we need to take a personal responsibility for us to lead ourselves before we can begin to lead others around us effectively. This is what we strive to spark within those that we serve at iLEAD.
Our mission is to find, train, and empower leaders through positive influence and reinforcement of their existing potential that they may or may not be aware of. To do this we have developed programs for both the adult and youth of our communities. These programs start with the basics of leadership and the tools for success to more specific topics regarding intentional parenting and how to make good decisions, along with many more including self-esteem- developing a positive self image and ethics and morals in the workplace.
Overall, we are here to serve our communities to help the younger generations seek and find their potential to make a positive impact on our world.
